The control of fouling community that develops inside the sys-cooling of power plants is a challenge, as occurs in tropical fouling uninterrupted recruitment intensifies the effort to keep the pipes free of scale. The Research and Development project that studies the dynamics of seasonal and life cycle of these organisms include the production of components collected in the plankton hauls see ticais environments entry of seawater. The zooplankton community is composed of organizations that maintain and renew the fouling on the walls of the cooling system. Knowing the bio-ecology of these organisms is essential for the control of fouling and is the innovative character of this research from the perspective of sustainability, economic viability associated with the ecological efficiency with the in-project or venture that operate in the production of thermal power.
